How do plans and credits work?

DescriAI runs on monthly plans. The Free plan includes a few welcome credits to try the app; the Basic and Pro plans include a credit allowance that renews automatically every month. Each AI generation uses 1 credit. You can change or cancel your plan anytime from your Shopify admin.
What languages can descriptions be generated in?

DescriAI can generate product descriptions in any language supported by the AI, including English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, and many more.
Can I generate descriptions for multiple products at once?

Yes. Bulk generation lets you select multiple products and generate all their descriptions in one operation with a live progress bar. Availability depends on your active plan.
What does the AI include in each description?

Each generation includes an HTML product description (150–300 words), an optimized SEO title, a meta description (max 160 chars), and keyword suggestions.
What happens to my credits if I change or cancel my plan?
▾
Each Shopify store has its own plan and monthly credit balance. Plan credits renew every month and do not roll over. If you cancel or downgrade to Free, you keep access to remaining credits until the end of the period you already paid for.
